Description

(I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in sub-part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) Solicitation F02601-00-T0449 is being issued as a request for quotation. (III) This solicitation incorporates clauses and provisions in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. (IV) This requirement is being synopsized as a small business set-aside under standard industrial classification code 5211, size standard $5 Million. (V) Line item 0001, Garage door openers, 1/2 horse power, screw driven, 2 remotes, 7 year warranty. Quantity 155 Each. Line item 0002, Medicine Cabinet, white wood body, tri-view mirrors for 3 sided viewing, 2 adjustable shelves, 24" X 26". Quantity 100 Each. Line item 0003, Screen door, metal, bronze color, 3'0 X 6'8", one-piece unitized frame, adjustable width and height, includes all hardware, screen only style, standard door. Quantity 239 Each. Line item 0004, Ceiling fan, polished brass, bullet light kit with three lamps, 52", 5 blade hugger mount paddle fan, 3 speed, reversible rotation, walnut/oak reversible blades, 30 year warranty, quick connect assembly. Quantity 300 Each. Line item 0005, Bathroom three light strip fixture, polished chrome metal base, uses 3 globes bulbs, 60 watts, 18" length and 4 1/2 heigh. Quantity 200 Each. Line item 0006, Round towel bars, 2 support posts, polished chrome, 24" in length. Quantity 200 Each. Line item 0007, Ceiling light fixture for bedrooms, polished brass, frosted glass ribbed dome fixture, diameter 13 1/4", two 60w incadescent lamp. Quantity 200 Each.
