Description

The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), Fixed Surveillance Program (PMW181, intends to contract on a sole-source basis with Lockheed Martin Corporation, Naval Electronics & Surveillance Systems, Manassas, VA, for software engineering services in support of Fixed Surveillance Systems (FSS) software programs including tailoring for the Advanced Deployable System (ADS). The estimated value of the software engineering and related services is $57,000,000 for five years. This will be awarded on a cost-plus-fixed-fee basis. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code for this procurement is 8711. See Note 22.
