Description

This will be a firm-fixed price contract for the following item: NSN 5895-01-445-1432CW, Signal Data Converter; P/N 85900000-04, Quantity: 52 each. Delivery: Five (5) per month beginning in April 2002. The approximate issue date will be 3 October 2000 with the approximate response date of 2 November 2000. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Justification: Supplies or services required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
