Description

The U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Commands intends to procure 3 each fast electrical Pulse Generators which will provide the Electrical Standards Laboratory (ESL) with appropriate check standards to verify the proper operation of the present ESL Risetime Measurement system. The ESL presently has no available check standards to satsify the requirements set forth in measurement technique ESL-31. It is essential that the ESL acquire these standards to comply with the requirements of ISO Guide 25 and to maintain accreditation to ISO Guide 25 by the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation. The intended acquisition is for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12. Required delivery is six weeks after receipt of order. Earlier delivery is acceptable and desirable at no additional cost to the Government. This acquisition is sole source to Picosecond Pulse Labs, Inc., 4890 Sterling Drive, P.O. Box 44, Boulder, CO 80306. See Numbered Note 22.
