Description

The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences intends to award a sole source purchase order to Pharmacal Research Laboratories, Inc., Naugatuck, CT for the purchase of the following chemicals used for sterilization procedures in the animal facility: 18055 Clout (20 ea), 05055 Acid power solvent (7 ea), 06355 Ph Control (6 ea), 99064 Tri-temp Temperature Controls (590 pkg), 10016 Pharma clenz antimicrobial soap (12 cs), 95120 Clidox -- S-activator (8 cs) and 96120 Clidox base (8 cs). All products meet strict operational guidelines and standards. Award will be for an initial year and two (2) one-year option years. All responsible sources may respond by submitting a written narrative statement of capability to Dee Lunney at the above address for consideration by the agency. Response must include detailed technical information and other technical literature demonstrating the ability to meet these requirements. Responses shall also include itemized pricing that is sufficient to make a determination that competition is feasible. If no affirmative responses are received an order will be placed with Pharmacal Research Laboratories, Inc. The SIC Code/Size is 2899/500EM. This procurement is to be processed using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. See Note 1.*****
