Description

Under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Immigration and Naturalization Service intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Lotus Professional Services, 55 Cambridge Parkway, Cambridge, MA 02142. Lotus Silver Support Services is designed to provide the Support Account Manager (SAM) for customer's overall support relationship with Lotus within North America, thirty (30) Incidents of 24x7 Advanced Telephone Support, Six (6) On-Site Support Services, One (1) Emergency On-site Assistance Incident, and Electronic Support Services. The basis of the sole source justification is due to the proprietary nature of the product. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations, however, interested parties who contend that they are capable of providing the same services and expertise should be submit a quotation within 15 days of this notice NLT September 27, 2000, 1 p.m (EST).
