Description

The 377 CONS/LGCA Contracting Squadron, Kirtland AFB, New Mexico, intends to award a sole source purchase order to MTS Systems Corporation, 14000 Technology Drive, Eden Prairie, MN 55344. The objective of this effort will be the delivery of one each MTS 256 channel VXI Multiplexed Data Acquisition System (DAS), one each MTS Data Acquisition Test Manager Software license and one PC workstation (configured as Aero-90 workstation), software and hardware integration between an existing MTS Load Control System, and the above listed software and hardware. The existing MTS Load Control System must be able to recognize and process data from the requested data acquisition system. To accomplish this, the DAS must utilize MTS proprietary computer software and computer hardware. MTS is the only known responsible source at this time, based on the proprietary nature of the existing MTS Load Control System. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS. Anticipated solicitation date is 23 Sep 00. Anticipated award date is 27 Sep 00. Packaging is standard commercial packaging. SIC: 3829, Size Standard: 500 employees.
