Description

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis through ATD International Corporation. The Government is seeking a Telecommunications Company that is MITEL certified and can perform software upgrades on a MITEL SX200, Private Branch Exchange (PBX) located in Shawnee Mission Kansas. The existing PBX system can support 120 stations and our requirement includes upgrading this system to the newest software release. All responsible sources who can provide the above shall submit written quotations by the date specified (9/19/00). All quotes shall include prices, FOB point (name and telephone numbers), GSA contract number if applicable, delivery date, business size and payment terms. No solicitation will be issued, therefore such request for solicitations will be considered non-responsive. All questions must be submitted in writing.
