Description

In accordance with commercial provisions of FAR Part 12 and 13, Contractor shall provide and install Mail Locator and Sorter System. System locates individuals by name or address and directs the delivery of mail. 1). Smart Sort-Model number SSBS01-(Brand name or equal) Mail Sorting System with: Standalone System software, 550Mhz Pentium III, 256 MB RAM, 17" Monitor, Windows 98, Headset, Mystery Mail Module and Reporting Capabilities. 2). Mystery -Model number SSLP01 -(Brand name or equal) Mail Label Printer. 3). Installation and Customization -INST100-. 4). Full Maintenance Agreement on Mail Sorting System and Label Priner -1 year- to include: Parts and Labor, Travel, and Preventative Maintenance Quotes must be received by September 19, 2000 at 4:00pm (EST).
