Description

See numbered Notes 9 and 26. This is an unrestricted IDTC acquisition for the procurement of 25,000 prs minimum/35,000 prs maximum of the Gloves, TAP to be manufactured IAW MIL-G-12223. Best Value Source Selection procedures will be used in this solicitation. The following evaluation factors are incorporated: 1) Product Demonstration Model; 2) Past Performance; 3) Industrial Mobilization; 4) Socioeconomic Considerations; 5) DLA Mentoring Business Agreements; and, 6) Javits-Wagner-O'Day Act Entity. Two-one year term options will be included in the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued using FOB Destination. The production leadtime is 210 days after date of award and will consist of 12 delivery increments. The destinations involved are New Cumberland, PA and Tracy, CA. Copies of this solicitation will be made available on the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216.20/home at time of solicitation issuance.
