Description

Cultural Resource Inventories & Evaluations. Project includes cultural resource inventory surveys and cultural site evaluations for several upcoming management projects proposed by engineering, timber, fire, range, lands, recreation and trails, facilities, minerals, and wildlife departments. In compliance with Section 106 of National Historic Preservations Act (NHPA), inventories of identified project areas will be performed in order to locate all visible cultural resource sites, and to conduct evaluations of all sites (located during the field surveys) for the National Register of Hitoric Places (NRHP). Surveys will be conducted on the Targhee & Caribou National Forests. Estimated price range is between $25,000 to $100,000. Estimated completion date is 11/01/01. This project is not a small business set-aside.
