Description

The Federal Highway Administration intends to award a sole sorce contract to Mandli Communications, Inc for upgrading the Road Inventory Program. This includes upgrading the CPU computers to current technology, upgrading the GPS system hardware (cables, wiring, antennae, etc.), troubleshooting electrical system and inverter power supply, replacing circuit boards, graphics boards, and snapper boards, replacing all cabling, edit/re-write computer programming and code for D-VICS to enable GPS function, edit/re-write computer programming and code for D-VICS to enable GPS function, edit/re-write computer programming and code to allow post-processing of GPS and tie coordinates to digital image frames and chainage, upgrade Distance Measuring Instrument, and edit/re-write programming and code to enable DMI and GPS coordinate tagging to digital frames.
