Description

: The Los Angeles Air Force Base is issuing a solicitation for the publication of a base guide with an inserted foldable map to be known as the Los Angeles Air Force Base Guide. The publication is a civilian enterprise product to provide Air Force people information about the mission of the Space and Missile Systems Center at Los Angeles Air Force Base; command, installation or community services available; local geography and history; and related information. Editorial content pertaining to the guide shall be based on information prepared and submitted by the Los Angeles Air Force Base Public Affairs Office. The publisher agrees to bear all costs and expenses of publishing the guide. All proceeds from the sale of advertisements appearing in the guide belong to the publisher, who agrees to look exclusively to such advertising sales for all publishing costs and profits, if any. No appropriated funds of the United States Government will become due or be paid to the publisher by reason of this contract.
