Description

1. The U.S. Department of State intends to issue a purchase order immediately on a sole-source basis to Apodaca Associates, a non-profit corporation, to collect and publish existing information on non-hydrocarbon mineral (NHM) resources in the South China Sea. The Apodaca Association has the institutional capacity and knowledge, professional associations, and technical capabilities necessary for meeting the immediate demands to complete an atlas on non-hydrocarbon mineral resources in the South China sea. The duration of the project is 9 months. No e-mail responses will be accepted.
