Description

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) seeks to continue to license, maintain and support its legal case management system, LegalEdge for Windows (LEW), and is proposing to continue its C-3 level annual license, maintenance and support package called Programmers Toolkit, Version C-3, with LegalEdge Software for the period October 1, 2000 to September 30, 2001, in connection with Contract No. PBGC-B-9-0754 between LegalEdge Software and PBGC. In addition, PBGC's Office of the General Counsel (OGC) seeks to add program functionality which will allow OGC to manage e-mail messages as part of an electronic case file by linking them to a specific matter and/or player record in LEW and will permit case management data from within LEW to be sent by e-mail to any member of the corporation. This is a continuation and enhancement of work already undertaken by the existing provider. It is in PBGC's best interest for the current provider to continue this service. This is not a request for proposal.
