- Description
- The contractor shall perform non-personal commercial services to provide preventive and on-call/on site contractor maintenance and repair services of government owned Fuels (ATG) Systems. A Firm Fixed Price Requirements Type Contract is anticipated inclusive of all supplies, services, transportation and travel costs. The system to be maintained includes: (1) Hardware and software; (2) Gauges _ brand name _Enraf_, data collection points, and software communication processors, brand name _AEG_; (3) NO LOGISTIC SUPPORT PROVIDED. CONTRACTOR MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO PERFORM WORK IN ALL COUNTRIES. Contract Period is five years plus five years optional period, total of ten (10) years. Proposed effective date 1 Apr 01; (4) Services to be provided worldwide except services are not required in the Continental U.S. The contractor shall provide preventive maintenance for all locations with a minimum of one on site inspection and repair of the complete ATG system per twelve month contract period at all sites as follows: Hours of support: 0800 _ 1700 local area time Monday through Friday, except US and host nation holidays. Contractor response times: (1) Immediately upon receipt of an inquiry; (2) Twenty-four hours to correct the failure via diagnostic means. (No dial up diagnostics permitted.); (3) Seventy two hours (three working days) to report to a location requiring on site repairs once the U.S. Government places an on site repair call; (4) Forty eight hours to repair/return the system to normal operations. (The 48 hours begins immediately following the 72-hour response time.) If equipment requires repair at contractor facility (off site), the contractor shall provide the government with a temporary replacement part until a permanent repair/replacement is installed, at no additional charge to the government. Monthly Maintenance reports for each site to identify all repairs and replaced parts. Contractor disposal of all parts and materials, which have been replaced under the contract. Disposal shall occur off site and in accordance with host country regulations. Please provide copy of commercial terms and conditions for review.
