Description

The 89th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a purchase order to ADAC Laboratories under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 through solicitation number FA4416-01-Q-0062. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This procurement is for the on-site preventive maintenance inspections (PMI_s), to service and maintain the Nuclear Medicine Scanners, ADAC Solus w/Pegasus 20, Modem, and UPS, ADAC Solus w/Pegasus 20, Modem, UPS, and Gate, and ADAC Pegasus 15 and UPS Nuclear Medicine Scanners/Adac Gamma Camera System (to include software upgrades) used by Malcolm Grow Medical Center. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this purchase order based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Payment of this procurement will be by IMPAC, Government Credit Card. All responsive sources must be registered in (CCR) Central Contract Registration. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Inquiries will only be accepted by FAX or email.
