Description

Provide Radiology Services to Edward Hines Jr. Veterans Affairs Hospital's, Outpatient Clinic located at the Illinois Veterans Home in Manteno, Illinois. All in accordance with the specifications and work statement from the date of contract award with the possibility of four one-year options (exercised at the government's discretion). The service required is the interpretation and written report by a Board Certified Radiologist for x-rays taken at the Manteno clinic. This is 100% set-aside for small business.
