Description

Contractor to provide community-based outpatient clinic (CBOC) primary/ preventive health care for approximately 1500 beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs residing in Northeastern South Dakota. The CBOC will be responsible for managing the veterans' primary medical care. Referrals for sub-specialty care and hospitalization will be made to the VA located in Sioux Falls, SD or Fargo, ND as designated. Contract term will be one year with option to extend for two additional years.
