Description

Amendment # 2: The following paragraphs were amended to read as follows: Page number 9, paragraph 5.2., second sentence should read: Proposed substitutes shall have all the required qualifications stated on the statement of work. Same page, paragraph 5.3. -- second sentence should read: This substitute shall have all the required qualifications stated on the statement of work. Page number 18, paragraph 26, Application Package, delete the first sentence and replace it with: In the event an employee(s) resigns, is terminated, etc. you are required to submit to the CO the name and qualifications of the propose replacement employee(s) as soon as you are notified by the employee(s) or you take action to remove the employee(s). Paragraph 26.2 please add at the end of first sentence the following: The CO and/or designee will notify the Contractor as to acceptability of proposed personnel within five (5) days of receipt of packets-application, based on the contents evidencing that all qualifications requirements are met. ***********IMPORTANT NOTICE****** The due date for submitting the solicitation package was extended to September 20, 2000 at 10:30am Puerto Rico local time. All the other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Be award that you must acknowledge the amendments. See page number 3 of solicitation package RFP672-262-01.
