Description

On behalf of the San Antonio Franchise Business Activity, the Bureau of the Public Debt, Administrative Resource Center, will issue a solicitation for general services related to the Instruction Systems Design (ISD). The services will include: (1) training and development, (2) performance management, (3) workforce productivity, (4) business process re-engineering, (5) EEO, (6) employee relations, (7) labor relations, (8) long term administrative, technical, light industrial, professional and medical services, (9) project management services and (10) outplacement to customer agencies of the FBA, San Antonio. Services may be required on a world-wide basis. Public Debt anticipates awarding an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with provision for fixed-price and time-and-material orders for a base period with four one-year option periods. The SIC for this action is 7363, with a small business size standard of average annual gross revenue of $5 million or less.
