N/A N/A Engineering Services 1 L0 , , , Demonstration and Final Report This sole source procurement is for Engineering Services IAW Statement of Work for the Automated Test Station Product Group Manager (ATSPGM)/System Analysis Tool/Service (SAT/S) Prototype. The contractor shall tailor the WEB based System Analysis Tool (SAT) to allow interfacing with the (ATS) performance. A system analysis, to include plotting trend analyses, shall be performed on the Intermediate Automatic Test Equipment (IATE), the Enhanced Automated Special Test Equipment (EASTE), and the Analog Digital Test Station (ADIT II). The total effort of this tasking will be only prototype to prove SAT functionality for more expanded efforts of all logistics management systems used in support of Air Force ATS. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified in this notice for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If your concerns are not satisfied by the contracting officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of an acquisition. The Ombudsman does not diminish the authority of the program director or Contracting Officer, but communicates Contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman shall maintain strict confidentially as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
