Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an Other Than Full and Open Competition basis, 1 job -- Provide services for Geophysical Reservoir Monitoring from Charley Rodgers, 1250 South Sierra View, Ridgecrest, CA 93555. The Sole Source is based on unique capabilities of operation and maintenance of the SCINTREX CG-3M Gravimeter and knowledge of location of 150 stations at Coso microgravity network and 38 stations at Fallon microgravity network. Responsible firm's believing they can provide the above service, should submit a written response to the Contracting Officer within 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing their ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
