Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Detachment Washington intends to negotiate a Sole Source firm fixed price contract with Behavorial Factors Inc., 34 Manatee Way, Crawfordville, FL 32327 to provide Civilian Employee Assistance Program (CEAP) for the Naval District Washington. This will be awarded as a sole source procurement under FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation will be issued. All responsible sources may submit an offer, however, only items meeting the Navy's requirements will be considered for award. All offers must be received in this office no later than 2:00 p.m. (EST) on 19 September 2000.
