Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written request will not be issued. Solicitation document and incorporation provisions and clauses are current through Federal acquisition Circular 97-12. This solicitation carries a DO rating of S10. The solicitation number is F29650-00-QV031, and is issued as a request for quotation, and shall be awarded in the aggregate. Based on responses to a Notice of Intent Synopsis published in the CBD on 18 Feb 00, 377 CONS/LGCM, Kirtland AFB, New Mexico intends to award a sole source Purchase Order to the Alliance for Innovation in Science & Technology Information for access to the Los Alamos National Laboratory infrastructure for the following databases: Sci Search, INSPEC w/Alerts, and IEEE. AFRL alliance due for calendar year 2000 will also be funded under resultant purchase order. The offer shall submit his response to this Request for Quotation IAW FAR 52.212-1. Offers are to include Cage Code information, and completed Representations and Certifications IAW FAR clause 52.212-3. Offers quotation shall be submitted to 377 CONS/LGCM, ATTN: Sharron Szpunar, 2000 Wyoming Blvd, SE, Bldg 20604, Room B9C, Kirtland AFB, NM 87117-5606, sharron.szpunar@kirtland.af.mil ,no later than 6 calendar days after posting. Far Clauses 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 will be incorporated by reference in the resulting Purchase Order.
