Description

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearms intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the law firm of Smith, Hulsey and Busey of Jacksonville, FL. under 41 USC 253(c)(1) -- Only one responsible source; for review of existing Federal/State explosives regulatory legislation. Individuals would be required to, among other things, review existing explosives legislation and provide recommendations on proposed regulatory and explosives programs. Interested parties should request a copy of solicitation number BATF-00-17 in writing. All inquiries must be made in writing. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted.
