Description

The General Services Administration's (GSA) National Capital Region is seeking to obtain a wide variety of real estate services from qualified firms to assist the Federal Government in acquiring leasehold interests in real property and other pre and post-acquisition realty services. The services requested include but are not limited to lease acquisition services, space programming, space planning, lease renegotiation and lease alterations. The GSA anticipates awarding multiple contracts with two being set aside for award to small businesses. This will be a one year contract with 4 one year priced options. A negotiated source selection method will be utilized for this procurement. This solicitation is open to small and large business concerns. Higher technical evaluation scores will be given to small businesses and large businesses who submit subcontracting plans which provide maximum subcontracting opportunities for small, small disadvantaged, and women-owned small business. Copies of the Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available at the following internet address: http://www.eps.gov. This solicitation is expected to be issued on or about October 2, 2000. The anticipated start date is January 8, 2001.
