Description

The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Terumo Cardiovascular Systems under the authority of FAR 6.302, a firm fixed price supply contract for two (2) Sarns Model 8000 Perfusion System. Terumo Cardiovascular Systems is the only source known with equipment meeting the Governments requirements. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation for offers.
