Description

Provide security guard services at the Imperial Building, 1441 L Street, NW, Washington, DC for an initial period of one year, with the Government having the unilateral option to extend for four (4) consecutive additional periods of one year each. The solicitation will be issued on or about September 29, 2000, with the bid opening on or about November 1, 2000. The contract has a bid and performance bond requirement equal to 20% of the contract price. This procurement is totally set-aside for small business concerns.
