- Description
- The following changes are made to the specification and apply to all buildings: A combination of chemical washing and pressure washing is allowed. Pressure washing shall not exceed 3000 psi and may be used as necessary on concrete or brick surfaces. Stucco shall be only chemically treated. All washing shall be performed from exterior; no interior access will be granted to landings. Building 600: Amended to delete sidewalks. Amended to include the steps and landings that attach to the building, including 2nd and 3rd floors. Amended to include treatment of exterior windows for mildew; screen removal not required. Clarification provided that rust areas will not require any additional treatment methods. For planning purposes, this building is 68,756 sf and is three stories. Building 3251: Amended to include four (4) stairwells exterior to living areas but under covered walkways. For planning purposes, this building is 126,800 sf and is three stories. Building 3246: Amended to include three (3) stairwells exterior to living areas but under covered walkways. For planning purposes, this building is 112,200 sf and is three stories. The Size Standard is corrected to $12million. The closing date for receipt of quotes is extended to Tuesday, 19 September 2000.
