Description

This project consists of furnishing all plant, labor, supplies equipment, materials and transportation to provide, deliver and install granulated activated carbon to Calgon Corporation Model 10 Carbon Adsorption Systems located at various treatment plants at Massachusetts Military Reservation in complete compliance with the Statement of Work, carbon specifications and drawings or attatchments, if any, contained in the RFQ. This solicitation is being issued as unrestricted to all firms qualified to perform under SIC code 2819, "Miscellaneous Chemical Specialties". This solicitation will be awarded for one base year with four option years. Work consists of , but is not limited to, an estimated thirty-two individual deliveries through 30 SEP 01 of 20,000 pound bulk load increments. Contractor shall remove 20,000 pounds of spent granulated activated carbon with each delivery of new carbon. Spent carbon disposal/regeneration is the responsibility of the contractor. All requesters MUST BE registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be eligible to receive an award.
