Description

Offeror shall provide all labor, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide subterranean termite extermination and protection barrier operations for identified facilities on Tyndall AFB FL. Termite service shall include all inspections, trenching, drilling, and boring to apply soil treatment. Offeror shall provide a five-year written warranty on all units treated. The pest control manager and employees that apply pesticides must have a Florida pesticide application certificate/license. Service involves treatment of an estimated 32 buildings totaling an estimated 15,500 linear feet. All pesticides shall comply with all provisions of Title 40 CFR, Part 165; accepted pest control industry practices; all federal, state and local laws and regulations governing the performance of pest control work and the use of pesticides. Petroleum based pesticides shall not be permitted. This acquisition is set aside for small businesses who are registered with the Small Business Administration as a HubZone (Historically Underutilized Business Zone) business. SIC code 7342 applies.
