Description

The Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS), an agency charged with regulating and supervising the nation's thrift industry, is seeking the services of a contractor to develop a comprehensive testing program. This test will be one of the final components of the OTS Safety and Soundness Examiner Accreditation curriculum and will be used, in part, to assess an examiner's eligibility for the Federal Thrift Regulator designation. This designation is considered a significant milestone in an examiner's career. Potential offerors must have proven experience in providing similar testing and validation within the financial regulatory environment. Solicitation No. RFP-TOTC00019 will be issued on an unrestricted basis. The associated SIC is 8299 and the business size standard is $5M. OTS will award a single contract for a period of 12 months. The anticipated issuance date of the RFP is on or about September 27, 2000, with a closing/due date of October 27, 2000. The RFP, and any amendments thereto, will be issued electronically through EPS, www.eps.gov, at the Treasury Department's web-page. Interested parties are responsible for downloading the RFP and any related information from the EPS web-site. Hard copies of the RFP, and any amendments, WILL NOT be issued. Proposals should be mailed or delivered to the above address and must arrive on or before the closing/due date.
