Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Detachment Washington, intends to negotiate a Sole Source firm fixed price contract with International Training Inc., P.O. Box 1400, Westpoint, VA 23181 to provide a 4-week Surveillance Operations Course for the Naval Criminal Investigative Service located at 716 Sicard Street SE, Washington Navy Yard, D.C. 20388. This will be awarded as a sole source procurement under FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation will be issued. All responsible sources may submit an offer, however, only those meeting the Navy's requirements will be considered for award. All offers must be received in this office no later than 2:00 p.m. (EST) on 15 Sep 00.
