Description

The United States Postal Service seeks proposals to lease existing space, space to be modified or new lease construction in the Village of Chittenango, County of Madison and State of New York. The preferred area is: ALONG NYS RTE 5 IN THE BUSINESS DISTRICT OF THE VILLAGE OF CHITTENANGO. The requirements for existing space or space to be modified are for about 5,800 square feet of existing net interior space with about 60 parking spaces. New lease construction space requirements are for about 5,800 square feet of net interior space and an ideal developable site size of about 76,140 square feet with parking spaces as shown in the plans and specifications.
