Description

The United States Postal Service seeks proposals to lease existing space, space to be modified or new lease construction in the Town of Verona, County of Oneida and State of New York. The preferred area is as follows: WITHIN THE HAMLET ALONG EITHER MAIN STREET OR ROCK ROAD. The requirements for existing space or space to be modified are for about 3,600 square feet of existing net interior space with about 34 parking spaces. New lease construction space requirements are for about 3,630 square feet of net interior space and an ideal developable site size of about 62,100 square feet. Proposals will be received through October 20, 2000 by: George E. Welch, Real Estate Specialist, Windsor Facilities Service Office, 6 Griffin Road North, Windsor, CT 06006-0300.
