- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to U.S. Divers, Inc., 2340 Cousteau Court, Vista, CA to procure an estimated quantity of 12,000 Helicopter Aircrew Breathing Devices (HABD), P/N 1028-00 and associated support equipment. U.S. Divers is the only firm possessing the knowledge, facilities, equipment and technical data necessary to meet the government's requirement. See note 22*****
