The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate an order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-99-G-1554 with Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc., P.O Box 482, Fort Worth, Texas 76101, for the update of new drawings, as cited in Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) H1-CP30-00R1 in support of the AH-1W program. BHTI is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the AH-1W Helicopter and is the only known firm capable of providing the above work in a timely manner.
