Description

The following information is being furnished for clarification: 1) The hydraulic cylinder has a diameter of 9 1/2 inches -- This is the O.D. 2) The Tiller radius is 30 inches 3) The rod diameter of the cylinder is 9 1/4 inches 4) The storke used by the cylinder is 34.5 inches (working angle X 2) 5) The flow of the pump is 23.3 GPM @ 1750 RPM 6) What is meant by, "... means for local control from the steering gear room" is that there should be a means for starting, stopping and controlling each hydraulic power unit, locally in the steering gear room. The closing date for this solicitation has been extended to 20 September 2000 at 1330 hours. All other terms and conditions of the combined synopsis/solicitation remain unchanged.
