CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE TO THE FOLLOWING LINE ITEMS: 0001,0005, 0020, 0021, 0022, 0024, 0025 FUNDS ARE NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT; HOWEVER REQUEST FOR FUNDING IS INCLUDED IN THE FY00 END OF YEAR SPEND PLAN. AWARD IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDS BECOMING AVAILABLE ON OR BEFORE 30 SEP 00. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F34612-00-QQ054 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. This acquisition is unrestricted and is under Standard Industrial Classification code 3599, with a small business size standard of 500 employees.
