Description

This is commercial item. Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound in support of the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard is establishing an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract for prescription safety eyewear frames, frame accessories and lens. Prescription safety eyewear and parts shall be delivered to the branch medical clinic optometrist. Contract Period will be from date of award and for one year thereafter. Contracts must be register with the Central Contractor Registration Database to be eligible for Department of defense contract awards. This requirement will be solicited using commercial and negotiated procedures as described in FAR Part 12 and 15. Inspection and Acceptance is at Dest. All responsible sources may submit offer/bid which shall be considered by FISC Puget Sound. Telephone request will not be honored. Fax requests will be accepted at 360-476-2931.
