- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number is M00681-00-Q-072H and is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 97-19. This is a 100% small business set aside under simplified acquisition procedures; the standard industrial code is 3559 and the small business standard is 500 employees. BRAND NAME OR EQUAL. The procurement is for the following items: Item 0001, 15 Each, Poly Spill Containment Pallet with Hinged Hardcover, 2 door, side access cover, 4 drum, 57 1/4"Lx54"Wx60"H, New Pig P/N PAK423; Item 0002, 20 Each, Just right Safety Can Storage Cabinet, double wall, 18 gauge steel, manual close doors, 90 gallon, 65"Hx43"Wx34"D, New Pig P/N CAB253; Item 0003, 25 Each, Spill Kit, Large Overpak , absorbs 61 gallons, New Pig P/N KIT202; 0004, 15 Each, Extra Large Spill Response Cart Kit, w/ 10" pneumatic wheels, absorbs 146 gallons, New Pig P/N KIT202-01; Item 0005, 25 Each, Small Response Cart, absorbs 14 gallons, New Pig P/N KIT317. All responsible sources may submit an offer. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The folllowing factors shall be used to evaluate offer: price and technical capability. All Contractors submitting an offer are reminded that you must be registered in the central Contractor Registration database to be considered for award. Delivery will be to Supply Officer, HQBN 1ST Marine Division, Building 33521, Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, Ca .
