FOR CLARIFICATION PURPOSES: THE TIMELINES IN SECTION 7.2, PRELIMINARY DESIGN REVIEW AND SECTION 7.3, DETAILED DESIGN REVIEW, TAKE PRECEDENCE OVER SECTIONS 3.5.4, SOFTWARE DOCUMENTATION AND 3.5.5, FINAL TEST DOCUMENTATION. This is a solicitation for a commercial item.
