This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Reference Invitation To Bid (IFB) No. W81R8T-0244-2203. This solicitation/synopsis incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19.. The IFB Number is W81R8T-024402203, the SIC is 1791 ($7M), this is a 100% small-business set-aside under simplified acquisition procedures and the FSC is C122.
