Description

The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to procure sole source with MJ Sales, Inc. dba Satellite Warehouse under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 5 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Supplies to be procured are: Item #0001 -- 1 each Inmarsat Mobile Telephone, Thrane & Thrane TT-3060A; Item #0002 -- THRANE Spare Battery; Item #0003 -- 1 each Fast AC Charger/Power Supply; Item #0004 -- 1 each Solar Panel/Case; Item #0005 -- 1 each 20 Antenna Cable; Item #0006 -- 1 each Pelican Hi Impact, Case; Item #0007 -- 1 job Service; Item #0008 -- 7 each NERA World Communicator M4; Item #0009 -- 7 each NIHM Battery; Item #0010 -- 7 each 20000L Charger, DECT Handset; Item #0011 -- 7 each Battery Charger; Item #0012 -- 7 each DECT Handset; Item #0013 -- 7 each Hard Case; Item #0014 -- Terminal Adapter; Item #0015 -- 7 each Service for Items 0008 through 0014. Offers sent via the U.S. Postal Service should be mailed to the Contracting Office, U.S.M.C., P.O. Box 1609, Oceanside, CA 92055. Federal Express Should be sent to Contracting Division, Bldg. 22180, Camp Pendleton, CA 92055. All offers not sent through the U.S. Postal Service will be considered to be hand carried and direct delivered. Hand carried offers must be delivered to Building 22180, Contracts Division, Camp Pendleton, CA.
