Description

The Naval Sea Systems Command seeks information on existing or proposed products that can support an FY01 requirement with options in FY02 through FY05 for low cost VME-based Link-4A (TADIL-C) Digital Data Communications Control Terminals (DDCCT). The overall design objective is to provide the Navy with the most cost effective Link 4A terminal that makes maximum use of commercial and Non-Developmental Items (NDI). The DDCCT shall be form, fit and function interchangeable with the AN/USQ-118(V)1 Link 4A low level serial interface terminals. Details are contained in draft solicitation N00024-01-R-5160, which will be posted on the Internet/World Wide Web within 30 days after release of this announcement. Offerors are hereby noted that any written requests submitted for copies of the draft specification will not be acted upon. The Government seeks industry comments to the draft specification, and will provide industry with 60 days from the time of Internet posting to comment.
