FISC San Diego is announcing its intent to issue a directed sole source procurement to Abbott Laboratories, Diagnostic Division, under authority of FAR 6.302-1 for the following items. This procurement is unrestricted; all responsible sources may submit an offer. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13 and the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation number/RFQ N00244-00-T-1425 applies; an electronic copy of the RFQ can be accessed at http://www.neco.navy.mil within 24 hours of this notification. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through all Federal Acquisition Circulars and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement 1998 Edition including updates through today's date.
