This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F41614-00-T0176, and is issued as a request for quote. Response date is 19 Sep 00 response time is 1400 CST. Solicitation provisions are those in effect for Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. This acquisition is restricted to hubzone, small, small disadvantage, women owned, or minority owned . LINK P/N LS-500 LINK, 1 EA, 0005 PROJECTOR CONTROL PACKAGE, LINK P/N PC, 1 EA, 0006 AUDIO W/HEADSET/MIC/LINE INPUT, LINK P/N ACU-200, 13EA, 0007 LINK EXPRESS PACKAGE, LINK P/N LERS-100, 13EA, 0008 HEAVY DUTY MONO HEAD SET W/PTT, LINK P/N HSD, 1 EA, 0009 AUDIO W/HEADSET/MIC CONTROL UN, LINK P/N ACU-100, 12EA, 0010 FSS/PTT AUDIO CONTROL PANEL, LINK P/N SIMACP, 12EA, 0011 148_ OF VIDEO CABLE AND 123_ OF AUDIO CABLE, CONECTORS, POWER SUPPLIES AND WARRANTY ON PARTS AND LABOR FOR ONE YEAR.. The following solicitation provisions are incorporated by reference: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items (MAR 2000), 52.212-2 Evaluation Commercial Items (Jan 1999), (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement, price, and delivery, 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items.
