Description

The South Dakota Air National Gurad is issuing a solicitation for a cost per copy contract. All machines included in this contract will be loacted at the South Dakota Air National Guard in Sioux Falls, SD. We are looking for digital machines in two speed ranges: minimum of 50 copies per minute, and minimum of 30 copies per minute. The resulting contract will be a not to exceed contract for one year with 4 option years. Consider a minimum of 1,000,000 copies per year and a maximum of 1,500,000 copies per year for the initial year and each succeding option year. The contractor must be able to provide service within 8 working hours with personnel certified by the manufacturer of the copier. All supplies except paper, staples, and transparencies will be provided by the contractor.
