Description

The U.S. Department of Agriculture will be negotiating a commercial items contract for recycling of toner cartridges and rebuilding of usage kits for the IBM-4317 laser printer. The Government is contemplating a multiple award contract. Companies within the competitive range will be required to submit sample usage kits and toner cartridges. Award will be based on the best value to the government. The solicitation will be issued on or about September 21, 2000. Solicitations will be due by close of business October 12, 2000. This is a 100 percent small business set-aside. See Note 1.
